This is how I did mine....I also wear my hair straight normally but wanted something a little different for the big day!

Since I'm getting married in New England in June, I'm nervous about heat/humidity messing with my hair if I wear it down or partially down, but I don't think updos look good on me in general.

Take pictures! That is my best advice! And make sure you take any hair pieces/headbands/etc tht you plan to wear to your hair trial!

Yes mine held up all day and night. I was recommended to use a specific styling spray called ENJOY and it held perfectly. Not sticky or anything, just soft curls. Otherwise, my hair definitely would not have held, I even had it washed the morning of the wedding and styled by my hair stylist!

Hi hive,
I am going in to meet a new stylist located near my venue in a few weeks to do an early trial to see if I like her work. My hair is just past my shoulders and I have til next June to grow it out. It is naturally wavy, but I tend to straighten it in my day to day life. I'm thinking that I want to wear it down, partially down, or half up/half down. I'm torn between loose curls and mostly straight with perhaps a slight curl to the ends. Do you have any inspiration phots you might be willing to share? Or your own photos of similar looks?
