i am really loving the headband look! i've seen them at banana republic, but not in white or ivory- i've had my eyes peeled-trust me.
i'm planning to buy a floral headpeice from blushhaircombs.com. a friend of mine started the site recently and i really, really love them too!

I have shoulder length hair, very fine after my gastric bypass sugery. My FI has requested that I wear my hair down and straight during our wedding. My dress is very simple, strapless, sweatheart neckline. What accessories can I wear in my hair, but not be over the top? I'm not wearing a veil, so whatever hair accessory that I find will be all that I have. I'm thinking that I'd love stay away from a "Tiara" look, and go with more of a simple blinged-out headband. Will you show me what you are planning to wear in your hair? Where did you find it?
