I don’t know.  I think you have already been burned by her with not getting your emails multiple times and not emailing when she said she would.  Those things are so important for someone in the service industry.  I would get someone else.  Did you give her a deposit?

Oh how frustrating. I think at this point you need to move on. Regardless of whether she has great reviews, whatever is happening with her now is impacting her ability to be a good stylist for your wedding. You don’t want to have to stress out about whether or not she’ll show up on the big day!

sounds like it’s time to move on.  do you really need to have that sort of stress if she doesn’t show on your wedding day?

I wouldn’t stick with her after that. Okay, so she got sick, but everything leading up to that is fishy.

Give her the boot.  I’d be afraid she wouldn’t show up on my wedding day.  I’d be a ball of stress until she showed up…if she did at all.  No matter how great she is, I’m sure you can find a reliable sylist who does just as good of a job.  Good luck!

I wouldn’t put up with it… she sounds flakey and is totally unprofessional.

Not worth the risk!!! I would find someone else and schedule a trial.

Whether or not she’s normally like this, she shouldn’t be surprised to lose a client under thes circumstances.

Find someone new ASAP and drop her as soon as you have someone new booked. At least give her the courtesy of as much advance notice as you can.
