I love the idea of having my hair in curls for the wedding, my only worry is that I have that super straight hair that refuses to hold a curl. So I can see having it curled…with 10 cans of hairspray and by the time i get to the venue the curls have fallen out…FI wants me to have my hair down…I’m just kinda worried it will end up looking stringy. Anyone have any suggestions or have similiar hair type?

@hazyleyedbeauty: I agree, I have very slick, thick, straight hair that has gotten better over the years, but my curls never STAY. I’m just hoping I can put my trust in a professional that can work with me. I don’t really have any answers, but I can relate!

@hazyleyedbeauty: I would try clip-in extensions. I did and they hold curl like no other!!!

@hazyleyedbeauty: I have straight, heavy, thick Asian hair that would never hold a curl. One of my BMs suggested using one of those curling wands instead of the typical ones with a clamp. It has seriously changed my life haha. I always thought curls were not for me, but with the wand, curling my hair is so easy and fast AND the curls actually stay! I don’t even have to use hairspray and the curls stay put all night. If you used hairspray, I bet you would have no worries at all!
This is the one I have: http://www.amazon.com/Remington-Tstudio-Collection-Digital-Ceramic/dp/B003V265QW
It’s totally worth the $20 just to try it out! I highly highly recommend it! 🙂
