I am looking for a moderate priced hairstylists in Northern VA. My wedding is at noon so either the stylists needs to be in Tysons Corner (preferably in Tysons Galleria) or willing to work on site.
I have 5 bridesmaids along with myself and on a budget in one of the most expensive areas in the country! Does anyone have any advice or recommendations??
