Just got my hair done the way I want it for the wedding and love it!! I am wondering since I have a flower in my hair and that it is kind of off to the side if I should still wear a veil or not. what do you think?? I added my dress just to give you a better idea of the whole look.

would you do both if you wear the veil?
I think you should wear the veil and the flower for the ceremony and then for the reception, take the veil off and rock the flower. It’ll be super cute!

I like veils for the ceremony, then having it off for the reception so I agree with miss-spunkin. Though I don’t think you need a veil, the dress and the flower are GORgeous 🙂

I think it might look strange to wear both…won’t the veil cover the flower?

Have you thought about doing a birdcage veil? They are so perfect with flowers, then you can take the veil off for the reception….

I agree with miss-spunkin, I would wear both for the ceremony and just the flower for the reception

Could you swap them out? Veil for ceremony and then flower for reception?

I like the idea of a veil for the ceremony and flower for the reception. I was going to do that but forgot.

The flower alone looks great.

Just wanted to say you look adorable. Great hair and dress! I like the flower but you can’t go wrong.

Have you looked at birdcage veils? I think that would go great with your hairstyle and your dress.

I would wear both for the ceremony and then just the flower for the reception. That’s what I did.

I would say no veil, because I’m not a veil fan, but if you do wear a veil I think you should go for one that comes out from underneath the bun so the flower and beautiful hairstyle are still visible. Also, I think I might steal your hair 😉

I voted for the veil.I think it will look really nice to wear both for the ceremony then just the flower for the reception. Since the veil is sheer, the flower will still be visible during the ceremony.

I’m having the same dilema. Honestly since the flower isn’t huge you can pull off both. I’ve seen photos of brides who had a smaller flower (placed above the ear) and wore the veil and you could see the flower just fine. But doing the veil for ceremony and flower reception is the best of both worlds as well!
