i do have very very curly thick hair -- she straightened the top part but i honestly could not tell what she was doing with the rest of it....

Very pretty! I might suggest making your bangs more relaxed and not so tight (like you side a bigger swoop), other than that I think its great!

i just had a super fun hair trial on saturday and took lots of smiley pictures afterwards... i can't believe all this is my own hair (which is not really that long, but thick and "textured," according to the stylist). it definitely stayed up for hours and it took me about 20 minutes to get all the pins out...
any feedback on the style? i think i'd like to see a bit more of the bun from the front - it seemed like it in person but not too obvious in the pictures. and maybe a wider 'swoop' in the front.
oh, and this is the necklace i referenced in a previous post, from an alchemy request on Etsy -- loved working with SweetBriar Bridal and the necklace and earrings are exactly what i was looking for!
