I love that bun! but if i were you, i'd wear it higher, a la Heidi Klum. It's striking, glamorous, and I think would be better with your face shape.
I think to me, it is pretty flat around your face, but maybe that's exactly what you wanted. I also think the makeup doesn't look like there's any on you...........but again, maybe that's what you wanted. I prefer it heavier and more dramatic, especially on the eyes.
I'd add a little color/drama to the make up. Jazz it up a little, especially lipstick. I like the back of the hair but don't think the front is ideal. Melissa's suggestion is interesting or maybe just a little more volume on top? Not a lot but a little bit.
I agree, I think the Heidi Klum do would look beautiful on you. I dont much like the hair part on the side, maybe in the middle if not no part all at all just like in the picture that Mellisabegins suggested. I give the higher bun 2 thumbs up!! Good luck!
I like both! I think they just need to be slightly refined to make them perfect.
For the makeup, I think you need to go a bit darker and maybe more color on your eyes to make them standout in photos. With your coloring you might have really good luck with copper/bronze/rust shadows. Good idea on the false eyelashes.
For the hair, I am in love with the bun and I agree with Melissa that it should maybe sit higher on your head. It also seems like the front could be pulled back less severely, maybe with a little more swept down across your forehead.
Other than that, I say go for it! You will look great!
I love the bun! But, I agree with the other ladies, maybe a little softer around the face.
False eyelashes would be great! I LOVED mine!! They add so much drama.
It all looks gorgeous!!!
i agree. you need a little more heigth to the hair. it's quite flat around your face. i don't think that would photograph very well.
but you have beautiful skin and i wouldn't do darker colors. you look beautiful!
I agree with the others that you need some more height to your hair that shows in front. When my hair was done, she back-combed it at the top and created height. I don't have my pictures yet, but found something on Google that is similar.
It's hard to have make up look natural in person yet show up well in photographs. I think with lipstick and the eyelashes, your makeup will look beautiful.
Have a wonderful day & congratulations.
Very pretty!!
The only thing I'm unsure of is the lipcolor. I'd suggest trying something a tad more pink maybe?
Maybe some more hair around your face sorta like a mess made up chingon, the back isnt bad though
As for make-up it looks a little flat & color doesnt seem to match your face -I think some blush will liven you up a bit & for eyes a smokey bronze look will look great on you! Its stll neutral but adds a bit of drama. Hope this was usefull for you!
I really like the back of your hair and love the hair piece. I'd say go a little higher like the one comment said about Heidi Klums, or have them tease the front/top of your hair so it has a bit more volume. Also, I like your makeup, but I think you should use a shade or two darker on your lips....but with those suggestions don't worry you are beautiful anyway!! Good luck!

I just had my hair/makeup trial (1 WEEK BEFORE WEDDING, ah!) and I'm just not sure if I'm happy with it. Unfortunately I don't have time to do another hair trial before the big day, but I'm going back in for another makeup trial on Monday.
I'm posting pics below - any suggestions?? For the makeup, we're probably going to go with more neutral colors on the eyes (less pink, more brown/gold, and darker but thinner eyeliner,) and false eyelashes for a little more drama. But for the hair, I'm kind of at a loss. In the salon, I really thought I liked it but now that I'm home, I'm having second thoughts. I went in with pics of a low chignon, and this is what I walked out with:
Makeup:
And hair:
Any suggestions/critiques? Do I stick with this look since she obviously knows how to do it? Is it too risky to change it up on the day of the wedding, since I can't do another trial? One thing I was considering is a look like Mrs. Cherry Pie:
