@pengoala: Thank you but i don't know what to say, i have some pictures nearby thee water where i really can't see my face because of the hair, the wind was just blowing it and the photographer didn't even say that... don't know what kind of pictures he took, i do like more the session hair however. Some friends sent me these pictures , not yet the professional ones and they say the hair was a little bit odd staying.
Umm... honestly, it looks like a low bun to me. I think you looked GORGEOUS, and I see a sleek, classy, low bun.
I'm sorry you aren't happy, but I wouldn't respond if I didn't think it looked good. I think you may be remembering your feelings at the salon and projecting that onto the hair (which is totally normal) - your hair and you looked great.
@NAvery: Thank you! i do have a picture somewhere without the veil though, but thanks any way. I try to go over it and be happy i married the love of my life. this is another pic i got and is better seen how it comes the bun i think
Both buns look like low buns to me. The only difference, if I really focus on it, is that the buns are slightly different in size. The ceremony bun looks a little larger; however, they both look gorgeous!
Just focus on the great parts of the wedding, particularly the pictures, instead of dwelling on the "bad moments". My hair was down, and the curls were falling before I even made it to the wedding destination. So, I know the feeling of noticing it either in the way or bothering you during the ceremony.
I think you need to get over it, you are beautiful in both set of pictures and I am sorry but something as a hair style isn't going to make or break your marriage or pictures. They look great and you look great.
@JKaitlin: Thank you and i'm sorry you had to go through this, i'm more sensitive if it comes to "small disasters" as i'm in a foreign country and i wasn't able to say what's wrong with my hair, i just handed her a picture. ohh well i can't change my past , i do like the whole wedding though.
@Sassygrn: I think i should go over it, try to see the good part in it. the rain destroyed our session in our wedding day, instead we had a beautiful session the other day. Thanks for honesty :)
@aliona.deszynska: I didn't care for my hair either, which ticks me off because I actually DO people's hair for weddings and I have done my own hair in gorgeous updo's in the past. I wanted to do my own hair for my wedding but every female around me said absolutely not, it was my wedding day and I should be pampered by having someone else do my hair. Well, still wishing I would have done it myself, but oh well, can't change it now!
We are definitely our own worst critics, and looking at your photos I think your hair is really pretty, I don't see a thing wrong with it. But, I completely understand how you feel, because people told me my hair looked great too. Just sucks when you have a vision in your mind and it doesn't turn out like that!
Also, I had to slightly modify my hair-do because it was 105 degrees and super windy. I had wanted some romantic curls left down by my face to shape it, and had to pin it all up. Ugh!
Everything was not perfect on my wedding day, but I just try to get through it by remember I am now the wife to the most perfect guy, and that makes me incredibly happy no matter what happened on our wedding day.
BTW- I am OBSESSED with your dress! Soooooo pretty! :)
@cowgirlace: Thank you, i so appreciate your comment, i did have better hairstyles before and i should have done it as i wanted by myself if my mother in law wouldn't have paid the haidresses. Ohh well can't change anything right :). i'm actually doing make up to the brides and chosen to do it by myself in the wedding day, do not regret that. Thank you about the dress, it is a Demetrios sample i bought here in Poland, the dress was perfectly fitting so i didn't have any problem witht that.
You look beautiful !!! And so does your hair typing are the only one who knew it wasn't exactly how you wanted it but it looks stunning and in tact. Sorry you didn't get what you wanted

My wedding was ok less than my hair. i actually cried once i was out of the beauty saloon, the hairdresser did a completely different look. i asked for a low bun. I ended up with a messed higher bun. I couldn't change anything cause i had the wedding session 2 hours after and i had to do my make up and get dressed. Till the ceremony started, my hair fell, i could feel it bothering me during the ceremony... we did a session after 3 days and it was different looking. waiting for the professional pictures that were taken in the wedding day to come... i don't know if it will make any difference though...
