I don’t have any pictures but I ordered clip in hair extensions to wear the day of my wedding. i am taking them to my salon and having a colorist color match them to my hair and cut them to blend in with my hair so they look natural. my colorist suggested buying lighter and blonder than my hair because you can color extensions darker but cannot bleach them and make them lighter.

@allyfally:  I had extensions for my wedding and loved them! My hair is long but lacks thickness.

I grew out my a-line bob with extensions. I wear clip in ones all the time. It will look even better half up half down. This an an old pic but I put it on here cause my hair was higher then my shoulders here. I’m gonna delete it after you see it. Lol. I hate leavimg face pics up bute maybe it will help 🙂

Hair trial one (which was my best) was exactly what I wanted, used extensions for this party (engagement, engagement photos, bridal photos, wedding. Day of my hair was the farthest from what I wanted. I could prolly get annoyed about it — I recommend once you find it make sure you have multiple angles to hand  back to your stylist – and don’t let them start you last if they’re starting to run late! I had no time to redo – and was late as it was (for not-first looks which the weather stopped anyway)

@allyfally:  thanks. It’s totally possible just about gettting enough hair and stuff! But a half up half down updo will really hide short hair. Curling it is usually another good way you won’t really see the fake versus real hair.

she worked off of a pintrest pic – and the key words full/big, loose, teased, imperfect but UP. we added the extensions and I was amazed at how well they hold curl/wave – I could go get them out the bag now and they ‘re still gorgeously curled.  trial 2 we used fewer and had a closer to the scalp experience – which worked with the heat, trial 3 fuller but not so loose due to wind – really worked cause between the wind and the skeeters I was DYIN andddddd it was hot, day of when I see pics I kinda roll my eyes.. This one is from trial 3 (we were getting off track)

@allyfally:  Awww thank you! You’re so sweet. I don’t have a back picture, but I have a view of the side. Hopefully this will give you a better idea 🙂 I’ll see when I get my pro pics back if there are any good views of the back.

@allyfally:  My hair was too short for a princess braid so I had extensions in during my wedding. It was very natural and nobody could tell the difference!

@allyfally:  Hmm…I am still waiting on my pro pictures from my October wedding so these are only pictures I took of pictures (unrelated but annoying)….I will spam what I can to show you 🙂

My hair was DIY and this was the youtube tutorial I used but it ended up looking more like a dutch braid (my fault):

All extensions are locks and bonds (amazing) clips or micro ring. I guess my hair is down mostly but I have done everything from high buns to a big braid or pinned back in the front. You can style them the same that you do your hair..
