Weddingbee boards

Ohh Bees I am kinda new, please help!!! I am thinking about ditching my hairstylist and am afraid two of my bridesmaids will FLIP!! Ok here is the background:

My two best friends (and also BM's) have all been going to the same hairstylist for a little over 5 yrs. And while our hairstylist is awesome, she has recently put me over the edge. While my stylist was out of maternity leave, I was in serious need for a color touchup so I went to where my FI sister goes. Absolutely LOVED it even more that my normal stylist. (Not to mention my stylist in the last year switched products and my hair color NEVER sticks anymore. Fades within 3 weeks and for whatever reason, my stylist thinks it is not due to product, that its due to something else I have done. ) So with all that being said, let me add my stylist did one of my BM's wedding, and everyone has been talking about how great it will be for her to do my wedding.

Now, I want myself and all my BM's to get ready together, probably in a hotel suite near the venue. So I will have to hire a stylist to do all of our hair and makeup. IF I decide between now and the wedding that I wanna ditch my stylist and go somewhere new, and either hire my new stylist or someone who is
on location" and specializes in bridal, I think these two BM's will be very upset. BUT I know they wont say anything to me (since its my big day, etc). But I want all my girls to feel beautiful and confident.

Any suggestions???? Sorry for the long post. This has been the ONLY thing that has stressed me out about wedding planning.
