@MissAnchor:I know one in Smyrna?! I know its about a 20min drive... I used to live in M'boro for 6 years... I'm missing it so bad! and when I saw Nashville in your title I got so excited I could post! LoL A good friend of mine when I lived there's mom does hair in Smyrna.... She was GREAT when she did mine. The salon is in the middle of a laundrymat/game room... YES very odd I thought at first too... her parents own it all; so her mom put her Salon in the middle. But she is great, not too expensive and from what Ive seen of her work shes very talented! (i'm pretty spoiled and dont usually do cheap well.. and I went to her the entire time I lived in Middle TN!) Its called... Dynamics Artistry- Hair Design; her name is Kelli!!! Good Luck!

@MissAnchor:Jealous! I wanna move back so bad! My MOH and one of my bridesmaids live in Murfreesboro! BUt yea Kelly is great and I know the whole family. So its a really nice clean place! Even though it is inside a Laundry Mat called Soap Opera! LoL~
@emersynsmommy35: Haha! That is so Middle Tennessee, it isn't even funny. I lived in Murfreesboro for a while but just moved back to Nashville to save money for the wedding and for our life together!
@MissAnchor: Ooooh where's @cafegirl? She was just telling me today that a bee recommended someone for her to use to get her hair done and she ended up going with them and loved them. I don't know who it was, though! I don't know of any hairstylists here, though, since I just moved here (to M'boro, @emersynsmommy35!) a few months ago. I'm still learning the area, but I do need a haircut baadddd. Good luck, and I hope you find someone good!
@Jazziberry: I have friends who use Urban Image on the Murfreesboro square. I think they are a little pricey, although I'm not positive. They really enjoy it, though.

hello fellow Nashvillian! My hair Girl is awesome, she will travel to you and her prices are great!!! I have used her for over 6 years. She will work on your hair till she gets it the way YOU want it. I also graduated with her, so I have known her for a while. you can pm me if you are interested. She did my roomates hair for her wedding, including all her bridesmaids (including me).
I had Stephanie at Hair Mafia do both my hair and my make up and she was wonderful!! Yes, like Jazziberry said, I learned about her from someone else on Weddingbee! Anyway, she's great and really listens to what you want. I had a few inspiration pictures and she really captured my vision. I wouldn't necessarily say she's inexpensive, but I didn't think she's unreasonable either. Hair Mafia is in Berry Hill.
I live here in Murfreesboro, Ive done lots of weddings but I stay home with my daughter right now and just do hair on the side to make extra cash. If any of you ladies want, I travel and offer good prices, shoot me an message. I also Have some good recommendations if theres a salon setting youre wanting.

The stylist I was planning to use for the wedding is moving spur of the minute to Virginia. Any Nashville bees have any suggestions for a good and inexpensive-ish stylist? She gave me the name of a friend of hers, but I feel weird about using her, particularly since I haven't even known my stylist that long. The wedding is in three months! How do I go about finding a new stylist? None of my friends or family use anybody in particular - they just go to wherever has a special.
