I have to find a great hair & makeup person in the next month and I'm kind of freaking out a little (long story, but I thought I had someone and now I don't).

I'm aware of two salons in the immediate area of Ridgefield: Adam Broderick & the aveda salon (I think its called Shine Salon) but just from my wanderings, I'm not familiar with the area at all.

Does anyone have any experience with either salon? Know of anyone else they might recommend?

I only go to Adam Broderick. My parents live in Ridgefield and I live in NYC and I go home to get my hair done. They do a phenomenal job. I'm going the week before the wedding for my color and cut.
