I get my hair cut at Mia's Nail Salon and Creation in Penfield. I absolutely adore my hair dresser 
I got my make up done from there too for ball (moms idea not mine), but the lady that did mine left, though I think they still do it.
A friend of mine does makkeup for weddings and has done Mrs. NYS... she is amazing. she has done my makeup for weddings I am in. and She is doing my makeup on my wedding day in August. If you still need someone I can give you her information. :)
Just saw your post and not sure if you are still looking for a salon that will do hair and make-up but Pharoahs Hairum is amazing!
They have 2 locations - Henrietta and Fairport. Everyone there is very talented and work with you and what you want. I would recommend them to anyone.
I am going to Mia's Salon and Nail Creations as well. They do not do make up there anymore. The stylist moved out of state, and have not hired anyone else.

Rochester Brides, where are you getting your hair and makeup done? Or if you're already married, where did you get it done??
