I'm not pregnant, but while looking through Halloween costumes I saw a "Mother Nature" maternity costume that was very cute! :)

You look awesome!  How far along were you?

I'll only be 10 weeks then so won't be showing and if I am it will be more of a pudge than a bump : (

Last year Pregnant Chicken did a blog post on pregnancy halloween costume ideas.  I thought #5 (pearl in a clam shell) was pretty awesome.

Oh man, for a second I thought maybe you were soliciting ideas because you were pregnant again or something. (And I know your daughter is only about a month older than my son, so that just sounded nuts to me)

A friend of mine decorated her bump as the death star (from Star Wars) last year. It was awesome.

My friend was a "black eyed P" one year.  She painted her eye black and wore a t-shirt with a big P on the front.  On the lower part it had a little arrow and said "P in the pod"

Yes, totally cheesy, but I loved it anyway.  She rocked it.

My friend was Rosemary and Baby one year. I thought it was cute. My little guy will be here by the time Halloween comes so I will get to dress him instead :)

@flamingred:  I wish my belly would look that cute!  I think I might have to go with a costume that covers mine up.

I saw this and thought it was cute.

I love those ideas!  I'll be about 8 mos on Halloween.  I had planned to paint my belly like a pumpkin but my husband liked the trailer trash idea - we saw a different picture on the web, with the woman dressed as a man with his gut hanging out, and the man in a woman's outfit, similar to the one on pregnant chicken.  I think we might wear that to any party we go to, and then I'll paint my belly to answer the door on Halloween.

I'm not sure yet what I want to be.  Our friends are having a white trash bash in a few weeks and I'm pretty excited about the possibilities.
