What are you being this year?
What was one of your favorite costumes from a past year?
What was your easiest and/or cheapest costume?
If you were me what you would be….
1)Sat before Halloween I’ll be bartending, so it needs to be very functional (something that stays on, not a lot of moving parts or big clothes)
2)Halloween night I’ll be at a Pretty Lights show (fun, crazy electronic show)
want to be glittery and awesome and able to dance 🙂 *thanks bees!

Best couple costume– Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke at the VMAs. Just get the guy a Beetlejuice costume as a starting point.

I am going as poison ivy and the fiance will be Mr.Freeze. In the past we have done joker/harley quinn, chucky/the bride of chucky(i was preggo and we had to think of fun characters that were pregnant), and caesar the chimp/catwoman. I’m a make-up artist so he always wants to do something where I can transform him. The cheapest costume for me was probably the year I was a cop. Just went to spirit halloween and spent like $30. Cute and simple. You could buy something like that for work. They also sell halloween costumes that light up. If you dont have a spirit halloween store in your area look on their website. Here some pics of our past halloweens:

Um, I just saw the best costume idea today – a mail order bride! I am thinking that might be what I end up doing, since I have a veil and an extra white dress that I can paint up to look like an air mail package…
Otherwise I think we might do Waldo/Wenda or something else easy like that. I wanted to be Mary Poppins, but a bajillion people have pinned that as a costume idea, so I’m afraid it’ll be way popular this year.

I had a friend who wore a white dress, a veil, make-up that looked like she’s been crying, and she attached stamps to her face. She was a mail-order bride!
I once covered myself in sponges and went as “self absorbed”
