This is my engagement ring. I am trying to decide on whether to go with white gold bands (more traditional) or rose gold bands (more unique).
Here is an example in white and an example with two rose. Neither of these rings are the exact match with the engagement ring. We would be ordering the exact same band to match.
Sorry about the glare. Thanks ladies!

I like the rose gold ones… I like the look of 2-tone as long as it’s balanced, which yours is since there are two.

Nurseariel: I like both, and think both choices are beautiful. I think I like the rose gold a little better because I think it makes the bands stand out without taking away from your beautiful ERing. I feel like the white ones get a bit lost in the mix.

Nurseariel: Your ring is one of the most beautiful rings I’ve seen on here! I love the rose gold bands. It makes your ring stand out, and it compliments it very well. You have a unique ring so you should have unique bands.

Hi There, I am a London jewellery designer and the rose gold option with white gold is really on trend at the moment but you will be wearing this for more than a season (the rest of your married life!). So it’s not what is in fashion at the moment but rather what you can see yourself wearing in 10, 20, 50 years’ time. Both colour options complement your engagement ring. You really can’t go wrong with whatever you go for. The only other way to decide is whether you have any other rose gold jewellery you wear and whether you wear a lot of pinks and reds. Best of luck deciding! And have a wonderful wedding. J ;O)

I admit that I’m a bad influence on this topic, but I say BOTH. I was undetermined and love tri colors so I decided to get three very thin bands in rose, white, and yellow! I’ll get married with all three of them and they’ll be stackable so I can wear all three together w my e-ring, just one w my e-ring or together or individually without the e-ring. I got this idea when I realized a woman had two duplicate wedding bands in different colored metals and she changed which she wore depending on her outfit and preferences that day.
oh and I also have a marquise. I’m Getting three very thin chevron rings fit to the point of my marquise.
If you won’t take my very sound advice, then I say do that rose gold. It’s gorgeous and reminds me of the mixed metal look I liked in Katie Holmes’ ring.

Usually I like white gold or platinum better but with your ring, these rose gold bands are so beautiful :). They are enhancing your marquise halo ring. I have a marquise ring, but not halo. Halo dimond rings are really pretty… 🙂
