Michael's and Hobby Lobby have the letters. Sometimes you can find them at Wal-Mart.
AC Moore has them, too. Or if you can't find them, you could create your own out of foam board.
I've seen wooden letters at Wal-Mart as well - are you looking for wooden or cardboard ones? Your wedding is still far enough away that JoAnns may get them in stock again.
We used letters and flowers from JoAnn's. I had to "collect" flowers from JoAnn's all over Ohio. If you go to customer service and ask them to check stock at other JoAnn's they can bring whatever you need to their store. It does take about a week to 10 days but I got the flowers I needed this way.

I bought our letters (intending to hang them from doors) at Hobby Lobby. They are a burnished looking bronze color. We actually couldn't find a functioning door that the letters would work on, so we did this with them:

i bought our wooden letters from Wal-mart for about $1 each for good sized letters. I am planning to follow this tutorial and hang them with clear wreath hangers I'll buy on clearance after christmas:

I have seen several posts on here about how to DIY the letters to hang on the doors. I want to do this! Does anyone know where I can find the letters? I tried JoAnn's and they were out :(
