I killed mine with 4 ibuprofen and two big glasses of water at 7 am and then I went back to sleep until now. Did you try taking a bath? Feel better.

I’m good today, all I had was a couple glasses of wine last night, but we have a party to go to tonight so tomorrow might be another story!

I feel for you! Drink lots and nap!

@CatyLady:  FRUIT BINGE! FH and I had a big night out a couple of years ago… we were both feeling like ratshit the next day (sorry but there is no way else to put how were feeling!!!)

Anyway FH heads off to the shops, completely hungover (I wanted to go as well but being the gentleman he is, he insisted that I stay in the hotel room) and comes back 20 mins later with two shopping bags of fresh fruit – strawberries, oranges, bananas, apples, pears, grapes, blueberries, EVERYTHING and we just dove straight in.

Almost immediately felt better after finishing it all off.

If all else fails though, not too many would complain about some classic hangover bacon and eggs  😛

@CatyLady:  Oh man I get the WORST hangovers- they last for days! This is what happens when you get old, I guess.  The ONLY thing that helps is a little herbal refreshment, if you know what I mean. Its the only thing that stops the vommiting and allows me to sleep!

Oh sucky 🙁  I hate to admit it, but a little hair of the dog works wonders.  Drink a double bloody mary while pounding water and taking some ibuprofen… by the time the bloody wears off, the other stuff will make you feel better.

I’m good right now but I’m anticipating one tomorrow – cause today’s my BIRTHDAY! 😀

🙁 yesss! On top of my time of the month kicking in today.  Gatorade and Excedrine – with a huge nap- usually does the trick for me!

Oh and just a tip for next time – right before you go to bed after a big night, try to take 4 multivitamin tablets (with a large glass of water).

I can testify to this working and I’m pretty bad at handling my liquor so yes it does really work! It’s being slightly conscious enough to do this/have someone around to help you remember at 3am that’s the problem 😛

If we’ve been drinking we always drink an emergen-c’ before bed since it replenishes lost nutrients and fights the dehydration that causes hangovers. we haven’t had them since!
