Yeah, I’ve learned that vodka and I are not friends. I can shoot tequila like there’s no tomorrow, but vodka just kills me. I have never had a headache like that in my life.

Keep food in your stomach, eat something greasy and drink coffee and lots of water.

I’ve been hung over all day too. The only thing I find that helps is time. My husband agrees with the bee above, greasy food.

I’m still in my pjs at 6pm. Time, lots of water, ibuprofen, and protein…Also a nap.

Hangovers occur because your body is dehydrated and still trying to rid the toxin (alcohol) out of your body.

You need to hydrate…and sugar also helps to burn off the excess alcohol.

My hangover wonder cure is honey on saltine crackers with a hawaiian punch chaser.  Go heavy on the water too.

haha! Add me to the hangover/overly sleepy bunch.

We found a bottle of champagne from our wedding and went to town on it last night. Needless to say, we are both sitting at our computers and the most we have moved all day was to go downstairs and get coffee.

Starting off the New Year right 🙂

Yuuup had the worst hangover I’ve had in a couple years this morning!  What fixed me up was a 4 hour nap in the middle of the day and also drinking gatorade!

We’re still in our pjs! Haven’t taken a shower. I didn’t even put my contacts in today. And since I go to bed around 9:30/10, I might as well just stay like this! 😉

I’m in this club! Mixed alcohols and got in a hot tub. Worst idea ever.

I found that a quarter tab of Valium is an insta-cure. It takes that icky feeling away and you’re just left a little sleepy but that’s what coffee is for. My next go to is allergy medication. Lastly, hair of the dog followed by a nap. Although in college I lived by flamin hot Cheetos and a large Aquafina which always seemed to work. Man, I wish I had my 19 year old liver still. *sigh*

Hope you all feel better soon!

I’m always surprised at how freely available pharmaceuticals are over there!

I’ve got a very mild hangover today, mostly from poor sleep rather than the measly amount I had to drink.
