FH and I somewhat unapologetically celebrate Valentines Day. This is our third together… since neither of us had partners beforehand we’d never celebrated VDay until we were 25… so we’re making up for lost time! haha.
Woke up to this on the pillow next to me 🙂 Nawwwww!
And look what was in the bag!
I know Valentines Day is cheesy and overly commercialised but to be honest, right now I don’t care 😛

Happy Valentines Day!
I love and celebrate it too 🙂 My SO is depoyed at the moment and with limited communication access at his end I didn’t expect anything other than maybe an email later (time difference)… but I was so excited to see a delivery van as I was making my morning coffee. These roses blew me away!

That is so sweet! You have great guys!
I am trying not to expect anything, but never knew how wonderful it was to get flowers for Valentine’s Day until I did, and want that every year now!
I’m making him cookie dough tonight, so tomorrow he can have his favorite cookies as a Valentine’s Day gift (and then I get some too!)

@NowDontLetsBeSilly: Yum, cookies!!! That’s really thoughtful 😀
FH insisted on no presents and look what happened 🙂 haha. We’re going out to dinner tonight. What he doesn’t know… is that I’ve ordered a bucket of chocolates and a tiny teddy to be delivered to his work today. Why is it tradition that just girls get all the fun?! He’s been an absolute sweetheart through a lot of hard times the past year and he deserves to be spoiled equally 🙂

I thought Darling Husband would be getting home sometime tomorrow night, but it’s tonight instead! That’s a good enough gift for me 🙂
