So I screwed up a little at work and forgot to communicate an update to another department. No real damage was done, but it did cause the other department to have to rush around quite a bit today, which I feel bad about. But this morning my boss has been bombing my Email demanding updates on what seems like every task I’ve ever been given. I’ve literally gotten more than a dozen emails from her alone. It’s like I made this mistake and now she doesn’t trust me to do any other function of my job. It’s quite annoying. i guess this is what happens you drop the ball, but it’s seriously killing my mood. I can’t count the times that someone else at this place has screwed up and put me in a tight spot. Nobody here is perfect and I can’t wait until this crap just blows over.
