I'm sorry that you can't get the dress that you want. If it's not the dress you wanted, do you have to buy it? Is it too late to start looking for a new dress?
that's so disappointing to hear. i actually really like the harmony dress as well. if it's not the dress you wanted, i would say something to the staff. if it's not how it's supposed to look and you're not satisfied with how the company tried to fix it, i'd try to return it if at all possible and look for something else. good luck!
I havent got mine back yet. But I have told the bridal salon and they will do whatever it takes to make it right....even if I have to pick a whole new dress. Can you tell right away that it is just tacked on? Im trying to prepare myself for what it is going to look like

I fell in love with the Watters Harmony dress and ordered it a few months ago for my June wedding. The neckline came back completely different. The original I tried on at a trunk show was just like the dress pictured on Watters website. My dress came back with a straight-edged v-neckline instead of a scalloped lace neckline in front and back. When questioned Watters confirmed that they have since "changed" the dress to a v-neckline style but they would be happy to re-do my dress to look like the original. The bridal salon returned my dress and I just received it back and it still is not like the dress pictured online. They say it is like the dress at the trunk show but I know its not. It does not look anything like the dress online either. All Watters did was sew-on a scalloped lace around the edges of the neckline in front and back. Now the dress is not as open because of the tacked on lace causing it to have wider straps, more of a bodice and not as low in the back. The sales people at the salon are really friendly and I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings but the dress is not what I ordered. Has anyone else ordered the Harmony dress and had this experience???
