hmm barcelona (tapas restaurant) in west hartford has a cool outdoor/indoor patio room (roof opens and closes)... it is more modern rustic but it is really cool. also try the restuarant in elizabeth park.. I have never been there but its in a garden so it kinda fits your theme. If I were you I would google places in west hartford and glastonbury. I know it's not much but I hope this helps a little.

Hello, bees! It's been a while since I've been on here actively since my June wedding--but now the tables are turned and I am on MOH duty for my best friend. I am looking to hold a Springtime in Paris themed shower in the Hartford area for a brunch or luncheon--please send idea! I am looking for something with a little personality and charm and that would be appropriate to the theme. Thank you!
