@jennifur11: check out the bigelow conference center in oakland. It may be what you are looking for. You can bring in your own alcohol and caterer ( i think ).
We are having ours at Hartwood Acres and then moving to The Chadwick in Wexford. I also know someone who is have the reception at the Marriott in Cranberry. Not sure of the cost there, but the Chadwick isn't terrible. They do have an 80 person minimum though.

So we are getting married at hartwood acres in august and are still sure of reception spot I would love to do it there but you have to be out by seven. I was thinking of heading downtown to a hotel but it seems pricey. They do their own catering but I don't if it's more expensive to... Oh I don't know anything about planning a reception. Help! Someone! Anyone! Around 75 guests 10,000 dollar budget
