Has anybody had a beach wedding or one in a public park?

@Bunni0929:  It depends on the location. You can go through a hotel, restaurant or home on a beach and then you probably wouldn’t need a permit but would have to work with the property owner. Most likely if it’s a public beach I would say you need a permit, but each county & state are different. We got married on a beach in Mexico at our hotel and didn’t need a permit, but if we had done the same thing on a publix beach here in CA we would def. need a permit
