A diet only works for as long as you follow it. If you plan to do Isogenix forever, than it can work. Anything works as long as you follow it. As soon as you return to your normal habits, you go back to the way you were.

You have to change your habits. Focus on making lifestyle changes that are permanent so that your weight loss will be sustainable. Spend the money on fresh vegetables and have them with every meal to start. Or on good walking shoes, etc. Something you are not doing now.

ive done it, deffinately helps if you add fruit to the shakes. For me, i was a busy student, didnt have time to make healthy meals,so i found it useful. I saw results within the first month. Im not currently on it, because i dont have the $ but i have kept the weight off, maintaining the same level of exercise i did while on it, and portion control. If you have any questions feel free to pm me.

Im currently doing it. I’m halfway through the 30 cleanse and am loving it. I’ve seen results already too. I’m trying to get the best body I can for my October wedding and I think this will help plus my workouts that I’ve incorporated. I thought it was really expensive at first too but it supplies you with shakes which replace meals throughout the day (2) for the cleanse plus one sensible  meal. I’ve barely gone grocery shopping except for what I buy for my FH. But I really do feel fantastic and already bought more for the following month. Feel free to message me if yohave any questions. i also don’t believe once you stop you’ll gain weigh back unless you eat bad. Good luck!

I did my first Isagenix 9 day cleanse about 8 years ago.  My dad’s assistant started selling Isagenix and raved about it and so I though I would give it a try.  I think I have done about 3 cleanses and each cleanse I lost between 5-9 pounds.  I struggled with weight all my life and along with exercise and diet, it helped me lose about 40 pounds within a year.

I am going to be doing another one in about 3 weeks, I am not looking forward to the no eatting days which always turns me into a big B, but at the end of 9 days you feel energized and healthier than before.  I pay $143 for a 9 day cleanse, which I think is reasonable.  Many other cleanses cost significantly more.  I will let you know how it goes!
