I ordered my dress from Tiffanybridals.com back in January. The dress was scheduled to arrive in 60 days. It never came. I contacted them and they said they needed two more weeks. The dress still never came. I contacted them again and they said they would send me a tracking number in three days. They haven’t sent that to me and had locked me out of my account on their site. When I requested a new password the order still says processing.
Do I wait for them to send me something, or do I just cut my losses and go elsewhere? Has anyone actually received a dress from this company? Did the e-mails come from Rain John, and signed Shirley? Did the Paypal receipt say Jiqing Zhu?
