I bought a veil for $16 dollars on etsy.com and it is the same quality (if not better) than the ones I tried on at the bridal shops for $100. My family who saw the veil agreed also!

I ordered a veil from eBay seller Enchantment 4 All.  This was pretty much a total disaster.  I had elected to purchase from a US seller, because I was concerned about the poor quality I’d heard about from Chinese sellers, and was also concerned about having to send items internationally if I needed to return the items.  The material of the veil when it came was stiff, and the embroidery was clunky, not at all delicate.  I immediately contacted Enchantment 4 All to ask about a return.  They initially told me just to hang the veil in the bathroom and turn on the shower to remove the wrinkles.  This did not make a lot of sense, because I had not complained about wrinkles, but about the material and embroidery.  However, I did it anyway, and as expected, it did not help.  I then contacted them again to request a return.  At that point, they told me to return the veil to a location in Canada–even though their eBay profile said they were located in Washington State.  I sent the veil back, but never received a refund.  Every time I contacted them about it, they said that mail to Canada was slow, and they had not yet received it.  They did this until the time for filing a complaint with PayPal expired.  After that, they did not respond to my e-mails at all.  I never did receive my money back.

Just as icing on the cake, I looked Enchantment 4 All up on Google after I started having troubles with them.  It turned out they are a Canadian company that imports from China.  So although I had specifically wanted a US seller and a US product, Enchantment 4 All was actually a foreign seller with the same Chinese veils I’d previously been warned about.  And they are listed on this site as one of the “fly by night” eBay sellers.

Thanks for your story 2dBride, but I am sorry for your troubles! I want to go this route, but I will be super careful about researching first.
