I have done it twice and I must say it is definitely a test of will. It didn't taste good to me at all and I was starving BUT I definitely felt better and healthier afterward. I lost a few lbs in the process. I first did the five day which was SUPER hard and then the three day.
I don't trust any cleanse. I just can't see how it could possibly be healthy.
I just finished it on Friday and did 3 days of level 2. I was NOT a fan of the green juice so that made it difficult. I made my FI try it and he didn't think it was that bad. I think if you like savory juices (tomato, V8), it won't be as bad for you. He loves bloody mary's so he was almost a fan. I really loved the other juices and would drink them on a daily basis.
That being said, I'm glad I did it but don't feel the need to do it again. I never got that "WOW! I FEEL GREAT" that I was expecting. However, it did jump start me into being healthier so I guess it did it's job.
I'm not doing it for weight loss- my parents have been staying with me for the past week and we've been eating out constantly. I'd like to go back on the medifast diet but my will power is pretty low. I'm hoping the cleanse can curve my apetite- maybe make me appreciate those greens instead of starchy greasy potatos :)
Thanks for the input :)
I love the Blue Print Cleanse! I do a 3 day cleanse a few times a year. The green juice took a little getting used to, but now I crave it, and the cashew milk is to DIE for. It's like a milkshake - I definitely look forward to it at the end of the day. The first day or two can be tough at times - mostly in the afternoon, but by the 3rd day I always feel clean, light, and refreshed. It's a great way to reset your system to crave healthier foods and kickstart a weight loss program.
Just make sure you don't go from eating cheeseburgers to doing the cleanse the next day. You will feel sick and miserable. You need to start adjusting your diet now to primarily vegetables and fruits, no processed foods, or else you will feel like you have the flu.
Just thought someone might like an update:
As Ribbons stated I curved my diet (and gave up caffiene) for a full week prior. Was the cleanse difficult? Not at all, I didn't reap the full benefits of it though. The green juice tastes like a spicy sweet relish (I hate spicy sweet relish, I had a gag reflex with each gulp). It was interesting to try, but I won't be doing it again.

A few weeks ago I recieved a 30 percent off coupon to do this cleanse. It's expensive, but I figured it would kick start my diet (I've done medifast a few times with good results- hardest part is starting the diet)
I'm starting the cleanse in two weeks and was curious if any other bees have done it and what their thoughts were? I'm trying the second level for three days.
