@pittgirl4:  Mine starting to steady ties at 7dpo and I got my BFP at 12dpo, were you using a frer or a cheapie? Wait a couple days and test again! Did your temp ever drop below the control line?

My temp did spike sometimes, but it was always the cycle that I got a BFN.  The month I got a BFP, my temp stayed pretty consistant with my post O temps.  I do know that some people to have a temp spike, and it stays up causing a triphasic pattern though.  So, I think it can go either way for you.  Luckily if AF is supposed to come tomorrow, you won’t have to wait very long for an answer!  Baby dust!

Yep, I often had high temps or spikes leading to the end of my LP, all had BFN’s. My BFP chart had pretty consistent high temps like other months but nothing out of the ordinary!

I didn’t have my triphasic rise until 16DPO, after two negative tests on 12 and 13 and pos on 15. My temp spiked before then, but fell again. At 16 it rose and stayed high. Not all women have a triphasic rise either.

My temps would show a shift after I O’d but not consistently.  They would be above the coverline, but fluctuating up and down.  When I got my BFP, same thing!  For me, temping showed when I O’d but wasn’t a good indicator of a looming period or pregnancy.
