I found the book "Emotionally Engaged: A Bride's guide to surving the happiest time of her life" by Alison Moir-Smith? I found it helpful in knowing I wasn't completely weird to be 100% happy for every second after getting engaged. I was happy most of the time, but also a little sad too. Anyway, just thought I'd see if anyone else has read this..
