I ordered my MOB dresses from China (mltailor.com).
Looked at lightinthebox.com too. Liked the selection and customer service/website better at mltailor.
I ordered 2 dresses from mltailor.com.
It took 3 weeks, almost to the day.
they can make anything.
My dresses were not "exactly" as pictured, but were lovely and everyone had a fit over them. I gave them my measurements and still had to have a little alteration done. No biggy.
Was very happy with my dresses and would absolutely order from them again.
You can basically send them a picture of what you want, and they will make it in any color.
After my alterations, my total out of pocket expense was still under $300. The dress I wanted was about $450 at a bridal shoppe near me.
My friend did, and there were a lot of issues/headaches getting them to the US and altered in time. I know the week of the wedding, some of her BMs still didn't have their dresses, and some were way off in size and couldn't be altered appropriately. Thankfully, everyone's dress did, in fact arrive, and a few had to switch to get a dress that actually sort of fit. So it all worked out in the end, though I know it was a lot of stress for her and the BMs.
You shouldn't be paying any more than $200 per dress for that style - even as a custom made item. Contact me for a great one in Canada (NO outsourcing) or call a local seamstress - they will probably surprise you.
@Taurus_17: Thats what I was thinking, too. Maybe I will check out craigslist for seamstresses
I did and loved the results. I ordered my dresses from Milly Bridal.

I did. we ordered them from outerinner.com and they turned out really nice. I ordered a color sample first to make sure that the color was right and then we ordered them at the same time. They came when they were supposed to and as my two girls just got standard sizes (make sure you follow the sizing chart exactly) they just needed to be hemmed. We made sure we ordered them way in advance in case they didn't look nice to make sure that we had time to find something else but thankfully have no need to.
@zeoy85: WOW those look so awesome!!!! How much did they cost, if you dont mind sharing
@HoneyBear: the dresses cost $117 after shipping, which my girls loved. There were additional cost of a dollar here and there for ordering fabric samples. To make sure I got the dresses in time I gave Milly a fake wedding date.

I know there are a lot of bees on here who have ordered their wedding dress, but I was wondering about bridesmaids.
The bridesmaids dresses I love are like $400 a dress, which is NOT gonna happen lol
Has anyone ever ordered BM dresses from China?
