I was month to month because I was on a corporate account. Now that I'm not feeling well enough to work out, I would rather save the 35+ bucks a month for the baby.
I called today, and all the guy did was take my name and say he cancelled it...no questions...no confirmation. Nothing. I lan on calling back Monday to make sure it was actually done, but this seems to weird to me.
If you have had a previous membership with them, what was your cancellation proccess like?
