I didnt use the companies youre looking into, but i did get them from jasmines bridal shop. Well, ive only had them make one as a tester, but its beautiful so were going to be ordering the other 3 soon.

my girls were bickering about the straps/no straps thing, so i thought up the genious idea to do convertible, but most convertible dresses are made of this awful, unforgiving , shiny jersey fabric and i much prefer softer fabrics like chiffon, so we asked jasmines to make something similar to the jenny yoo momarch, but in pink. It turned out beautiful. Very happy with my decision.

original in white, ours is in pink.

I am having Jasmine’s make mine, too–partly due to size difficulties such as dv3849 mentioned. Just paid the deposit tonight, so no pics yet, but I would trust them before I’d trust anyone else. I’ve never heard of the two companies you mentioned.

dv3849:  Could I please ask how much Jasmine’s Bridal charged per dress? They’re beautiful and would love to know if theyre in my price range.

kearaaaaaa:  tha tester dress i ordered in July was $170, the other 3 i ordered in october where $200 but they do have discounts if you order over $500 or pay through western union so they all ended up costing about $170 each anyways

EMCasey:  I haven’t used either of these companies, but my custom wedding dress is by Miss Brache (on Etsy) https://www.etsy.com/shop/MissBrache

She isn’t making my BMs dresses (they are choosing their own) but she is making my FI’s vest and tie and the GMs ties. Her BM dresses are amazing! She can do pretty much any style.

My dress: (is in ivory, not pink)

Did anyone else find Jasmine’s quotes to be surprising? They emailed me back quoting $230 for a basic floor length satin gown. Also, an extra $30 would be charged just to send me photos of the dress before shipment, plus another $50 for shipping! Why am I outsourcing my dresses when one in the US will cost a lot less? Thoughts?

I was going to say I got 3 dessy floor length dresses for around $750 US (I live in Australia so it was about $800) and there is no way I’d get a made in China dress for just a smidge cheaper when you can get the real deal. I got mine from Wedding Shoppe inc and got the 3 dresses in different necklines, one strapless, one of the shoulder and one in a one shoulder and they have arrived and are perfect.
