Haven't heard of Jose, but I had a dress maker make mine and I LOVE it. Look up Ebay seller Shank077. She has an online store called Catwalk Bridal Creations. She did an amazing job for a fair price!!
My friend did it sort of on consignment. She paid half the cost to have it made and then the store kept it as their sample. Some little shop in L.A. but I think you can find a deal like that at any bridal shop that will make a dress for you.
I did! and it turned out to be the best decision ever!!! I wanted the Melissa Sweet Valentina 
which cost $3,000.00 plus and was wayyyy out of my reach. I bought all the fabric for the dress and the mantilla and my mom's friend made the dress for me (mom made the mantilla). I am considering having my wedding dress made to avoid the expense, but still get a gorgeous gown. Has anyone done that in the Los Angeles area? Has anyone used Jose Flores? I heard that he is incredible but would love some feedback!
