@slgbride: I've never been to a French themed shower, but reading your post did remind me of the shower in "Bridesmaids" :) I know it's over the top (puppies for favors?!?!?!) but maybe you could get some ideas from it and tone them down to make them work for a real wedding shower! Sorry I'm not more helpful!

My Mom is throwing me a French themed shower, since we are going to the French Riviera for our honeymoon. She's asked for my help with the invitations and decor since I enjoy things like that. I am just wondering if anyone has some ideas for the wording on the invitations? Or if anyone has had a French themed shower, can you please post your pics for some ideas?
