I’m in contact with an etsy seller, I’m going to send her some old jewelry of mine to melt down and use, and she’s going to reproduce a ring that my fh liked from a local store where the price was less than awesome.
This is what we’re getting, but in all white gold

My partner’s ring is made from recycled 10k yellow gold. We had it made by an etsy seller and it’s very nice.

My FI’s wedding band is made out of recycled gold. We purchased it from Brilliant Earth. It’s the same metal, just remolded. 🙂

Yes, my husband’s ring. I had several yellow gold rings that I do not wear and a local jeweler melted them down and made a beautiful heavy gold band for him. He wears a size 13, so with the price of gold, it saved us a great deal of money. It took 3 of my rings to make his, and he is very happy with the result.
