I’ve never heard of it. Do they have a record with the Better Business Bureau?

@viloy101:  I did a “whois” (go to whois.net and enter the web address). The web site was first registered in July 2013, so it’s very new; and was registered in China. (Note: some Chinese sites register with a USA address, but this one didn’t). Because it’s so new, it’ll be hard to find many reviews.

Opinions on Chinese dress makers vary considerably, from “couldn’t tell the difference from a top dollar dress” to “terrible quality and didn’t fit”.

@viloy101:   Try a quick search of reviews for Fabulous U on here. No one will recommend them and you’ll find terrible, terrible things, ranging from dresses not arriving to bribing people to remove bad reviews.

@viloy101:   I’m not sure where they ship, but I know lots of people on this site have had great experiences with Jasmines and Dressilyme.  I purchased mine from an etsy shop called misdress, but I haven’t gotten it yet, so I cant really give a great review.  If you search, there is a thread on here with other bee reviews For the shop though

@viloy101:  It’s a rating thing for businesses. I couldn’t find them on there though – probably because they’re located in China.

I would go with Dressily Me or Jasmine’s. I’ve heard good things about them.

I was newly married bride, I purchased my wedding dress, two bridesmaid dress, dress my mother at classcialdress.com, I am very satisfied with the customer service is very warm, which is pleasant shopping

My money the dog ate,classcialdress.com!!WARNING!!! Do not shop here!!! This company likes to eat your money when their product doesn’t even deserve it. I ordered a dress and the moment I opened it I saw that the lace material on the dress I ordered was dirty. It had black dots on them. The dress was handled really poorly. It was all wrinkly, and there was a yellow stain on the front of the dress. Clearly the dress was used, or they used very poor materials to make this dress. I sent pictures to their customer service to ask for a refund. They said they cannot see the marks and requested for me to send another picture. So I went ahead and circled each photo where the problems were. They replied back, and I quote “The small mark could be easily washed up. You can make it clean easily. We hope you can enjoy the dress.” The moment I read that I said I did not buy a dress, and pay for shipping just so I can wash it clean at home. I paid full price for a brand new dress, not for a used one. I demanded to speak to their supervisor. I also copied and paste the return policy that they had on their website which is: <br /><br />Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the dress that we made meets your requirement. Try your dress on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.<br /><br />For any items, if there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video. Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer assumes the shipping cost) only after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.<br /><br />If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with the intact tags attached.<br /><br />I told them I’ve sent pictures with the problems that are on the dress, I contacted them the day I received the dress because I noticed the problems right away, so it’s not like I waited. Are they not keeping the words that on their website? They then replied that they will give me a $10 discount, and hope I can accept their offer. I was speechless with their customer service, they just tried to negotiate with me and offered $10 and have me go clean the dress myself. For something I did not do. I asked them to give me one legitimate reason why my refund is being denied, because I have many reasons why the dress needs to be returned. They replied, “We have a very strict quality inspection so we will make sure each dress would be clean with high quality when we shipped ou. As to the marks we have no idea, and in order to solve this problem as soon as possible we will provide you a discount. We really hope you can accept it.” First off, their English is terrible. Second off, ONCE THEY SWALLOW YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL NOT SPIT IT BACK OUT. They are very hungry for your money. That was the worst legitimate reason I’ve ever heard. So because they say they inspect the dresses really well, they don’t accept their dresses can have problem. What selfish $#*!s. When they said to solve this problem as soon as possible, doesn’t mean they are trying to fix their customer’s problem. They mean so they can shut you up as soon as possible and keep your money. In the end, I just lost all my money. I did not accept the $10. They sound like they need it more than I do. <br /><br />I just want to let you all know to do yourself a favor, and stay away from this website. GO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. They do not care about their customer’s satisfaction like they stated. They will not refund even if you have good reasons. They might offer you $10 to go clean the dress yourself. What a shameful company.
