I just found this site and it is my first post!!! I look forward to posting more and reading all of yours!
I have been looking relentlessly for a dress. I can’t seem to find anyone in my area that carries a size 26 dress! I started looking online and saw this site blowoutbridal.com. I didn’t find many reviews though so I am a bit unsure.
This is the dress I have fallen in love with! http://www.blowoutbridal.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2&products_id=171. I was thinking about getting a bolero for it.
They say they will ship it to me as a “loaner” dress and if I don’t like it as much as I think I can return it and just pay for the shipping.
Has anyone heard of the website? Has anyone heard of “loaning” a wedding dress so you can try it on?I really like it but I would really like to know if any of you have ordered from them. Was it good or bad?
Thank you so much for your help!!!!

I don’t know that site, but I’ve definitely seen that dress at a few sites, so I would find reviews of the store online, and then check to see which one has the best rating. Good luck!

I’ve found it in other sites too. I googled the blowoutbridal site and I onl saw good reviews but there weren’t very many of them! That is why I don’t know.
I also found it on PS bridal.com. But they don’t offer a loaner program so that you can just borrow the dress and try it on and they charge you a restocking fee if you have to return the dress. But I googled them too and they have really good reviews and more of them.
I guess the thing that has me torn is that the blowoutbridal one is the only one I’ve found so far that will let me “loan” the gown. So confused.
I guess that’s why I was wondering if anybody had tried doing the loaner thing or if they knew of anybody else that offered it? If they have used the blowoutbridal site? I just want to make sure they are legit if that makes sense.

I have never heard of it, do they take the cost of the dress first and then refund it? Or do they only charge the shipping cost for the loaner? If it is legit thats a great idea, im having a drama with my dressmaker being interstate because i wont see the finish product until afte its paid for.

well, the way she explained was that they would authorize my card for the dress to make sure that they got the dress back if I didn’t like it. Then they would ship me the dress so I could try it on. She said if I kept the dress, then they would charge my card for the dress but if I sent it back they would charge my card for whatever the shipping cost is.
It sounds like a really good deal, I’m just unsure because no one seems to have an experience with them, so it’s been kind of tough getting some feedback on what to expect!
I’m sorry you are having drama with your dress maker! Did you design the dress?
