Aw, I unfortunately have not. And 9 days isn't much to work with...do they have a customer number you can call, it might be a little more direct than an email.
Also, maybe you might want to start thinking about a bouquet backup option.

Yikes - sorry you are dealing with this. I don't have any experience with that site but my suggestion would be to start looking into backup plans ASAP since your wedding is close. The site might still come through for you, but I think to keep your sanity at the time being you should explore other options for your bouquet.
Have you called them as well? That's what I'd do and keep leaving messages til someone calls you back.
I had a similar issue with the boutique where I ordered my gown. No one was answering my emails about the ship date,but as soon as I called them they got right back to me.
We have a backup bouquet that I like, but I LOOOVEd the one from this site :( I guess I should just start grieving now just in case. I will look again, but I couldn't find a phone # when I looked.
I'm so sorry! I've never heard of them, but I was wondering if they have a phone number on their site. If so, call it ASAP! Also, go ahead and send another email.
Then...come up with a backup plan. Where are the rest of your flowers coming from?? This is totally fixable!! If you have to, you can go order a bouquet from a local florist, it may not be exactly what you were picturing, but it will be beautiful. Or you can make one yourself with loose flowers that you purchase. It's going to be okay! ((HUGS))
Aw man, that sucks! I would google like crazy to find any other possible contact info and then start checking into local florists. It will all work out in the end no matter what you end up with but it sucks to have that added stress- sorry this is happening to you!

So, it looks like a pretty legit site from what I have looked at. It's surprising that they haven't contacted you back yet.
I found this number 321.214.4193...but it says it's a message only number. But leaving a message is better than nothing!
haha I know I just posted on someone elses post about how I wasn't stressed at all and then I checked my email and saw that they still hadn't replied. GRRR! I know it will be alright I'm just bummed because it was my dream bouquet! I've searched high and low and still can't find a phone # so I emailed again...
I noticed they have Facebook page. I would definitely post a question on there as they will surely get back to you since they won't want other brides to think they are unresponsive.
They do have this phone number 321.214.4193 on their site. It does say that its a message center only however you can leave a detailed message re: your concern about its status plus photos.
I would also grab all the email addreses on their site and cc all of them in an email. On that email I would attached all of the correspondencces you've had with them and what they that said....

No, you havent been scammed. This website is credible and I used it for my 09.04.09 wedding. When I ordered my bouquet I informed them to send it as soon as possible b/c they were VERY BUSY during the summer. I hope things work out for you.
Still no word back :( I emailed twice, called and facebooked them.
Bella....did you order using your credit card? If so, perhaps you can call them and leave a message that since your order was not delivered on time and despite several times you've tried to contact them (and that you documented the times you contacted them), there's still no response, you will have to dispute the charges on your credit card bill. The credit card company should be able to remove that charge from your credit card due to undelivered goods. That's your right as a consumer. Also say that if they don't contact you in 24 hours, you'll file a BBB complaint against them. This "no response" thing is ridiculous. Even if they're not a scam, they should be courteous enough to say "We got your call. We'll be with you ASAP."

Isn't 9 days a little early to be receiving a bouquet? I almost ordered my bouquet online, and it would have shipped three days before...

I think they may be fake flowers that's why they can send them out earlier, but I could be wrong
@MightySapphire- I wasn't expecting to receive it today, or even this week. They promised me photos of the bouquet last week and they said they would ship it March 3rd. Now it's March 4th and I haven't even seen photos. As long as it's here the day before the wedding I don't mind, but I haven't even seen photos so I'm starting to wonder if they've even made it yet!

@hazel- yes, I used my credit card and they took the money two weeks ago :(
If I don't hear from them tomorrow I will definitely try and get my $ back! Thank you for the advice :) I agree that they should at least send me an email letting me know that they're working on it.
I hope this isn't the case with you. But I bought my DH a baseball jersey on a site that looked ligit and from the US. Well, the site failed to state that they were based in China! I thought I was going to get the jersey in about a week. It took 2-3 weeks. Luckily, the jersey was pretty good quality but sucks that I was 2 weeks late on the xmas gift.
Luckily, they're in Florida (at least they say they are), but I did have that same thing happen to me!
I ordered my hair pins 3 weeks ago and I just got them today.. I looked at the package and it turns out they came all the way from Hong Kong! haha! Now I have to schedule a THIRD hair trial so she can practice with the pins :)
She wrote me back this morning! Thank goodness!! She said she'd sent me the photos on monday, but I have her saved as a contact so it wouldn't have gone to my bulk mail and it definitely didn't go to my inbox. Oh well, she said they're shipping today. Yay! :)

I was super excited about getting my natural touch bouquet from this site, but they were supposed to send me photos of the finished product last week and it was supposed to be shipped this week and I still haven't even received photos!
Now I'm a little scared. I only have 9 days until my wedding and my bouquet is KIND OF a big deal to me!
I emailed them yesterday checking on the status of my order and I haven't heard back yet. I don't know what to do...
