Hi Lulu. I don't know about the chair covers, but I purchased my tablecloths through them (rectangles and rounds-- just wanted simples whites and blacks), and they were fine. I would recommend getting a sample mailed to you first, since you have plenty of time. That's what I did, just to make sure I approved the quality. Good luck!
We got the tablecloths from them and I think chair covers (we had the ones with the bows). The chair covers were fine, definately wrinkley but other than that they worked out well.
Hmm..I would like to order a sample, but unfortunately the shipping to Canada is $35.00..even for one chaircover! Outrageous!
Do you think throwing them in the dryer would help the wrinkles? This seems to be the cheapest place I've seen.

I may look into this as well.. I had been looking at a company in Ontario for ours. I got up to the check out point last night to see how the shipping to Canada would go through... and it kept asking for a zip code and would not accept my postal code!!!
I got mine from there, and they were fine. They had some fold marks, but no wrinkles. Here is a picture of them set up for our reception:
