I bought one on there. Don't remember the seller though. Didn't have any problems with it, but of course it depends on the seller.
dont do it, i tried to save money in the initial stages of wedding planning so i bought one for like.. $20 or so (forgot) but it looked like sh** (excuse my french).
i still ended up buying from a local boutique bridal shop *Merry Mode brand* which i can see the quality with my own eyes for $55 plus tax.
I bought two. First one was from an overseas seller. Super cheap and looked like crap. NOTHING like picture.
Next one was from a private seller in the US and was a good brand, she just had bad photos. PERFECT and just what I needed, and affordable.
I used the crappy one, cut if off and then re-attached some of the cut off netting, made a short crinoline for my daughter (Flower girl) to wear under her dress so it wasn't a total loss.
I am purchasing mine off of ebay, from a seller in California. So we will see when it gets here what it looks like
Look at the seller's feedback; it really depends on who you buy from on eBay because each seller is an individual person.
@MsInterpret:Thanks for the info! Where are you getting married in IA at? I am from there.

I am considering buying crinoline on ebay. Has anyone purchased from there and had any issues? Could you see the hoops?
