@kurapika168:  Go with Jasmine’s Bridal Shop or DressilyMe. They consistantly deliver quality dresses!

According to some people on here, Dressilyme is a good one to use. But what about high streets? Why don’t you check out some high street retail shops and see if they have some affordable off the rack wedding dresses?

By the way, if you do order one online – please try similar dresses on in bridal shops to at least get an idea of whether it would suit you or not. Trust me – I have made this mistake and regretted it. I am on my 4th dress now!

@kurapika168:  I bought a mermaid slip from light in the box and it had a hard steel hoop in the bottom that was not clearly mentioned online.  It was not usable with my gown. I called right away, because I wanted to return the unused slip to them, and the return process was a nightmare.  It took two weeks of emails and phone calls to get my money back.  If they can make a $40 purchase a nightmare, I would never buy something expensive from them like a wedding gown. Their customer service and return policies are terrible.  I shop online all the time and they are the only company I have had a bad experience with.

I also agree Jasmines is the way to go. I’ve read a lot of reviews about loght in the box, and not many people are happy with the quality, and more than one reviewer said their stuff smelled like anchovies when it arrived. Eww

I work for a customs broker and deal with customers who order from light in the box everyday. I would never think about ordering anything from them after all the problems I hear about.
