Let me start off by saying I'm not trying to get pregnant or anything of the sort I was just doing some research for when the hubby and I do decide to have them.

So, now that I have that out of the way I wanted to know if anyone has read

Taking Charge of Your Fertility: The Definitive Guide to Natural Birth Control, Pregnancy Achievement, and Reproductive Health by Toni Weschler

I was reading the reviews on amazon and it sounds like I should have gotten this book when I was 12.

check out the Weston A. Price foundation's website for tons of nutrition information that will help with fertility. It is also a fantastic resource for nutrition overall.

I'm not really interested on the fertility part I'm more interested on the what people that have reviewed the book say about it.  Almost all of them say that they wish they would have gotten this book as teenagers because they learned so much about their own bodies. Like I said the hubby and I haven't even begun to have children because we are having too much fun together right now.  I was just wondering if the book is really as good as everyone in the reviews says. Thank you for the information though I'll be sure to check out the nutrition aspect of it.

I just read this book (and am currently in the process of re-reading), mainly for the purpose of understanding my fertility as far as natural birth control is concerned!  This book is AWESOME and I really have to say, I have never enjoyed learning so much about my body and all the little hints it gives about, well, everything!  It is so nice to finally understand what is going on when and, well, why it is happening!  I highly highly recommend it!!

A lot of girls on here recommend that book, especially if you are planning on using a FAM method of birth control.  I really want to buy it!
