Have you checked invitationconsultants.com? I'm almost positive I saw some invitations on there with trees.
I think there are several on Wedding Paper Divas (www.weddingpaperdivas.com) that have either of those in the design. Minted (www.minted.com) might have some too but they're a little more expensive.

I'm looking into invites and cannot find any that really jump out at me. We would like a simple invite with either a magnolia or oak tree some how involved in the design. My FI and I are from south Louisiana and are planning an Acadian/Cajun inspired wedding to pay tribute to our roots.
