I was thinking of getting it and wanted to know if anyone else tried it and if they got good results. There are so many work out DVDs right now, i’m not sure what one to get. Is there another DVD you work out to that gives you great results? My wedding is Oct 1st.

Not only have I tried it, I LOVE IT. It’s great. I’d start with that and then move up to her longer videos. No More Trouble Zones is my favorite, and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism will get you serious results too. I did Shred for two months and lost serious inches. LOVE Jillian’s videos! Her Ripped in 30 is good too!

Doing it now. Love it! I’m what I like to consider a more advanced exerciser and level 3 is still tough for me! It definitely works and it’ll get you strong and fit!

It is by far the best workout video I have ever done. When I first watched it, I thought ‘this looks to easy’. But its not! By the end of it I was so pooped. I saw amazing results, not just with the scale, but with measurements. I highly recommend it!!

I just came back to the 30day shred last night actually. It kicked my butt! lol You know it’s a good workout when in 25min you are dripping with sweat and want to throw up hahaha.
I’m also over 200lbs and can still get through it and it for sure does what it promises!

I’m embarrassed to admit, I bought it and never used it. I heard a lot of good things.

I have used it and I liked it at first – but even watching my form – i started having all these joint issues, so I stopped and won’t use it again.

This post made me want to buy it, and I did. I’ve been sick for 10 days, so I haven’t actually done it yet, but I plan to when I feel 100% like myself again.

I really like it. I go to the gym for an hour a day and run too. I thought I was in good shape, but it really tired me out. The moves are easy too – I have no coordination. Just basic stuff like jumping jacks, sit-ups, etc. I’ve been doing level 1 and 2 every morning and am about to start doing 3.

One of my bridesmaids is doing a “biggest loser” competition at work. I’m going to have to see if I can get her to do this with me.

I never buy workout vids anymore. I rent them
ok so I started the 30 day shred on Saturday and OH MY GOD. I am so sore, I can barely walk/move my arms. I struggled through on Sunday…but damn I already feel so much better!
im ready to go at it again tonight! and I love how short it is and I can still have a life and not spend all night working out
