@j1mathieu:  It’s beautiful! I don’t think it needs a belt because of the embellishments on the bust.

I bought this dress. Trust me its soooo gorgeous! You dont need a belt at all! It would take away from the beautiful beading =) did you get to try it on? no one had it in my area yet so I had to drive 3 hours to a trunk show!

If you dont mind me asking what is your street size vs. the size you ordered??

@j1mathieu:  I tried on the dress and I’m debating on getting it, it’s gorgeous, very flattering and I’m even thinking of getting the sea… blue color, I think it’ll go great with blue uplighting. Plus the price is great at just under 1600.

@asha.peeples:  PS would not do a belt at all! Tried it, it was a bit choppy, it’s perfect the way it is, but my consultant put on a white peacock feather shaw around my arms and it was gorgeous!

No belt. I think it will create a division in a perfectly smooth flowing dress.

I tried this dress in the sea mist color and i loved it! Definitely my front runner right now 🙂

I vote no belt the embellishments are so intricate and beautiful that I feel like a belt would just distract from that

Ill attach some pics in case anyone is wondering what it looks like in that color

Good choice on ur dress 🙂

Wow! It looks great in the pink too! Now im torn 😛 ….any idea what you are going to go for with a veil? I love more dramatic veils but the ppl that were shopping with me thought that having alot of detail on it would distract from the dress

PatriciaM:  that looks so beautiful on you!! I love the color too, can’t wait to see it! I actually got the dress customized to get the back changed to a corset. Patricia, what size was the sample you tried on? I think you are a little thinner than me, but I ordered a 6. I am a 4 in street size. I was worried it would be too big, but I couldnt remember what size the sample was I tried on.

Has anyone tried on a veil with it?

Thank you! 🙂 I was wondering if corset back was an option, would u mind posting a picture of it when it arrives ? I am still debating zipper…..This sample was a size 6 with a zipper, with the lace back though there will be a lot more lee way for size which is always a great thing 🙂

I did try on a chapel length veil with it which was absolutely perfect I think but still not sure with how much detailing I would want on a veil, hbu?

PatriciaM:  j1mathieu:  Ladies, it seems like the dress has 3 layers from the description on their website. bottom is taffeta, middle is tulle and the top is lace(and the appliques). my question is, what color is each layer?

seems like the bottom is the color which is either sea mist or pink champagne? and the lace is ivory so im trying to figure out the color for the tulle? for the sea mist the tulle seems to be the blue color and for the pink champagne it looks to be ivory?

thanks in advance 🙂
