I think your current ring is gorgeous. It is elaborate, exquisite and unique. Try not to second guess yourself.

@ChellFish22:  wow those are two totally diff rings! Lol most people that perfer solitaires would never convert to a halo. You must’ve loved something about it to pick it out right? I think it’s lovely

@ChellFish22:  I’ve considered switching my halo to a solitare.  But couldn’t part with it cause I love my setting and the coverage.  I think you should get a nice solitare RHR to help with your ring lust?  I love your pear!

@ChellFish22:  Was your first ring 2ct TCW?  The center stones look similar in size.

@ChellFish22:  or put  a pear shaped gemstone in the setting and set the center into a solitaire? I love pear shapes

@ChellFish22:  I looove your double halo pear, it’s so glamorous. If you decide to get a solitaire, you should keep it if you can and have BOTH. Then switch as your mood strikes.

You see, there are so many stunning options for engagement rings, we can second guess our choices until the end of time. I LOVE my ring and have had it for over a year, yet I STILL can’t make up my mind over whether I would have preferred it in rose gold.

I have wanted to and probably would have had my hubby not had such a strong connection to my e-ring…LOL   When I first got my e-ring we didn’t have kids and now that we have 3 my e-ring doesn’t get worn much because it’s just a larger ring…the diamond, while not huge..(a little over a carat) sits up really high and gets in the way. I honestly wish I had picked a smaller wedding set…a nice tiffany solitaire would have been perfect.

I TOTALLY know how you feel!!

Your pear double halo is STUNNING. I much prefer it over the solitaire.

I know this is old but I’m just now reading it lol! I know your original ering will always have a place in your heart, but after losing that GORGEOUS pear I know you found out really quick how much you love it lol! I did that with my wedding band, I was very iffy on it until I misplaced it. I realized very fast how much it means to me. I told my husband I was semi glad that happened because it made me see how much I really did love it! So glad you found your pear, and with your replacement now you have the best of both worlds 🙂
