I don’t know anyone who has used them or really ever heard of them. I am DIYing my flowers from BloomsByTheBox.com! They are cheap and extremely helpful, if you don’t go with this website I think you should check out BloomsByTheBox!!

I plan on doing a trial order with them in a few weeks (mainly to see how many days before the wedding I’ll need to order for nice open flowers).  I’ll update as soon as I get the order in.  (Likely mid June)

@engleman10513:  I just looked into them because I couldn’t place a trial order (min $100 for a trial is more than I’m willing to spend).

DO NOT use them!  They have an “F” rating with the BBB, multiple reviews staing the wrong thing was delivered/ the delivery came super late/ the flowers ordered were dead or dying.

@M72727:  Gotcha. And I completely agree, anything less than A isn’t getting my business either. 🙂

I used fiftyflowers and Costco to DIY my flowers.  Here are a few guest pics

Personally, I like http://www.fiftyflowers.com/  I’ve used them before, not for a wedding, but for personal arrangements.  They have great costs and the flowers I’ve gotten have always been amazing, never had a single bruised petal 🙂

Just a word to the wise for you ladies that are following this. There have been many recent scandals regarding the BBB and their pay to play policy. In other words, you either pay to become a member of the BBB or you get an F rating. This happened HUGE in Los Angeles and in fact, so huge that the BBB of Greater Los Angeles no longer exists because of it.

I’d recommend not basing your opinions largely or solely based on BBB ratings, but use things like Yelp and Google reviews because they are more likely to garner people who have used them and liked them and not liked them. Because Yelp has gotten a little flack for membership, make sure you read the filtered ratings as well because some businesses have had many of their reviews filtered because of some other issues with Yelp, but you’ll get a decent idea of how their businesses are.

But to answer your question, OP, I didn’t use them but I know many ladies that used Sam’s Club (both bulk flowers and their already assembled bouquets and they were both inexpensive and beautiful.

@housetoo would you mind share how many peonies do you get with $300. Was that your total flowers cost?
